The Lebrecht Group, APLC todayannounced that it has received preliminary approval from Pink OTC Markets Inc.on its application to be an AttorneyDesignated Advisor for Disclosure (DAD) for OTCQX listed companies. As a DAD, TLG is eligible to provide guidanceand advice on disclosure and other securities matters to designated companieson the OTCQX.
OTCQX is a listing serviceoffered by Pink OTC Markets Inc. that brings an innovative trading, quotationand disclosure venue to the U.S.over-the-counter markets. Designed tomeet the particular needs of small to medium-sized U.S. public companies and non-U.S.companies listed on international stock exchanges, OTCQX aims to promotecompanies that have strong operating models and that provide high qualitydisclosure to the marketplace. All U.S.domiciled issuers listed on the OTCQX are required to appoint and retain a DADfor ongoing guidance and advice on disclosure and other securities matters.
Although theapplication has received preliminary approval, TLG will not be officiallyappointed as a DAD until it represents at least one OTCQX listed company.
